You can download any of these club documents for your own use. You'll require both WinZip & Microsoft Word to view the files successfully. Guest Information forms must be completed by any guest attending for the first time. Blank forms are available at shoots. Alternatively, if you want to fill in the form in advance, it can be downloaded, completed on a PC (apart from the declaration) and sent as an e-mail attachment to the club address (to arrive no later than two days before a guest shoot). Or you can just print it, fill it in by hand and bring it with you. Guests may attend up to four guest shoots per year. The club constitution is available to anyone who wishes to view it. The club committee would welcome any comments or suggestions .
